Mr. Torgerson is the Founder, President and COO of Grant Lake Corporation. He is an expert in precious metals process design, mine development design, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation machine design and fabrication supervision. Mr. Torgerson has developed patents relative to the mining and energy industries.

Mr. Torgerson created the Grant Lake Corporation Mineral Resource and Mineral Reserve portfolio consisting of over 5,000 acres and includes the Case Lode Mine and Three Creeks Placer Mine in the Hope Mine District near Seward Alaska and the Fire Brick Lode Mine, Sable Mine, Kahiltna Placer Project, and Lake Creek Placer Mine in the Yentna Mining District south of the Alaska Range.

Mr. Torgerson created the continued exploration drilling program, mining plan, and recovery plan for the Case Lode Mine. The plan consists of a 300 ton per day underground mine plan with onsite crushing and gravity separation of free gold and pulverizing and cyanide heap leaching process for fine gold. The project estimated NPV is $49M over a 17 year mine life.

Mr. Torgerson organized the Grant Lake Corporation acquisition of the Diamond Gold Corporation land assets and discoveries in the Yentna Mining District which includes Mineral Resource estimates for gold, silver, platinum, diamonds, and colored gems stones valued in excess of $1B.

Mr. Torgerson has developed and received approval for mine permit applications for the Chugach National Forest Service as the Operator in Charge for Grant Lake Corporation and as Operator in Charge for other mining companies in the Hope Mining District. He has generated several Applications for Permits to Mine in Alaska to the Alaska Department of Natural Resources Mining and Lands Divisions.

Mr. Torgerson has performed project engineering, design development, team building, provided applications and process engineering, production facility design, materials take-offs, procurement, project logistics and manpower scheduling for the mining and energy industry. He is highly skilled in cost estimating, pro forma development, patent licensing and contract development and execution management. He has published works in Electrochemical Society (ECS) and the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME).

Mr. Torgerson with other prospecting and mining experts have planned centralized ore processing facilities for commercialization for other mine owner operators in Alaska. These facilities can have a significant economic impact on the future of Alaska mining.
