Sable Mine

Funding The Sable mine has placer and lode diamond and gemstone deposits. Mine capitalization for the Placer is $10M and the lode development cost estimate is $130M. The placer funding options include sale of stock and debt financing. The lode deposit development funding is through a joint venture with a major diamond producer.

Return on investment. Preferred Company stock sold through the PPM will return 10% on investment Plus any dividends. Project participation will return 12% on Capital invested and receive up to 12% of the profits depending on the level of investment. The Joint Venture partner for the Lode claim can have a buy in position to own 75% of the mine by performing a substantial drilling program on the claims. Claims The Sable Mine Claims located 40 miles west of Talkeetna in the Yenlo Hills include lode and placer deposits with gold, diamond and gem stones. The placer claim group includes 240 acres on 3 claims. The Lode property includes 1 -160 acre claim.

Exploration $1.4M of exploration, sluicing, drilling, and sampling was performed on the Sable Mine claims from 2004 to 2017. 200M tons of diamond pipe ore was delineated and 1M cy of placer gravels was measured.

Permit Previous Land Use Permits were issued on the project and are being updated to reflect current conditions. ROW survey has been completed to the sable mine using the Oil Well Road access. Upon funding final road permits will be issued along with Mining Permits.

Infrastructure Road, runway, power, and camp facilities will be upgraded to meet final phase 1 and phase 2 operating plans and permits. Phase 1 electric will be through diesel powered gensets and phase 2 power will be through Hydroelectric sites in the Yenlo Hills.

Development  Phase 1 placer mine development will cost $10M and include road and runway upgrades, camp facilities, power generators, washplant, and supporting heavy equipment for placer mine operations. Phase 2 lode mine development includes further road and runway upgrades, camp expansion, three 50 ton bridges, 12,000 tpd milling facility and open cut drilling and blasting equipment. Phase 2 capital budget is $139M.

Production Phase 1 production is scheduled for 2,000 cy/d for 5 years with an estimated total reserve of 1M cy. Phase 2 production is planned for 6,000 tons of ore per shift. Total estimated tonnage for the lode source is 200M.
